REFUND POLICY

At HairPambon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your wig or hair products, we are happy to help you with a return or refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day return policy for all products purchased from our store. If you are not satisfied with your wig or hair product, you may return it within 90 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • The product should not have been altered (cut, dyed, or processed) in any way.

  • The return request must be made within 90 days from the delivery date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom orders or personalized products.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Any item returned after 90 days of delivery.

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or there was an error with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us directly. We can arrange an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
